What we’ll cover in our initial, no-obligation call
Our journey starts with a straightforward conversation.
On a complimentary 20-minute introductory call (by phone or Zoom), we'll work through the following:

Where you are
We’ll talk about what’s going on for you – the challenges you are facing and what you would like to explore or change.

How I work
I’ll explain my approach to therapy and the tools I use including hypnosis, and answer any questions you have. This help yous decide whether we’re a good fit and if you’d like to work together.

Your decision
If it feels right, we can book your first session straight away. Or you can let me know after you’ve had time to think - there’s absolutely no pressure. We’ll usually work with regular sessions, but we can adjust the frequency based on what you need.
