When life changes - or when you want it to change

There are times in life - moments of change and uncertainty - that feel hard to navigate alone. Times when hypnotherapy can offer real support.

You might feel stuck, held back by old habits, or struggling to create the new patterns. Maybe you need time and space to talk, to be truly heard, and to explore what you’re thinking and feeling. Or you’re facing a specific challenge or working towards a particular goal and would like some help - even if just for a few sessions.

I work with people at life’s pivotal moments - navigating family roles, bereavement, career shifts, health challenges - and also those facing specific challenges such as anxiety, phobias, chronic pain, or unwanted habits.

Sometimes these overlap. A transition can trigger old fears or patterns.

Other times, you might simply want help with something specific that’s been holding you back. Either way, we work at your pace on what matters most to you.

What hypnotherapy can help with

Hypnotherapy helps your mind and body find new responses to old triggers.

Whether you're dealing with something specific like a phobia or public speaking anxiety, or something more pervasive like chronic stress or low self-esteem, the focused state of hypnosis allows us to work with your subconscious patterns in ways that talking alone often can't reach.

I work with clients seeking help with anxiety and stress, feelings of not being good enough, that feeling of being stuck while life moves on around them, lack of confidence or persistent self-doubt, poor sleep, chronic pain management, phobias and fears or unwanted habits.

What brings you through the door - an uncertainty, a specific fear, a stubborn habit, trouble sleeping - might open into something else once we begin.

And that's absolutely fine.

We'll go at your pace, addressing what matters most to you.

Our sessions together

A typical session has a gentle rhythm. We’ll have already discussed the change you want to see or the goals you have.

We’ll spend time talking about what’s coming up for you or what’s feeling difficult. Then, we’ll explore this together using a range of psychotherapy techniques. One of these is hypnosis, where you move into a more focused state, shifting your attention inward to explore these areas. You’ll remain fully aware and in control throughout.

Every therapy - and every session - is tailored to you. We typically work through three phases: working with current symptoms, exploring where they come from, and making the change you want to see.

Therapy tailored to you

Every therapeutic journey is different, shaped by your individual needs and aims.

That’s why each session is designed specifically for you – and with you.

It is a collaborative process.

We’ll work together to explore ideas for your way forward, try them out, and discover what works for you.

Towards the end of sessions, we might explore any insights you’ve had or shifts you’ve noticed. You might find that change comes more easily than you thought.

Online and in-person online

I offer hypnotherapy online so you don’t need to travel.

I also offer in-person sessions, currently in Camberley, Surrey and in towns across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire if needed.

You can choose where you feel most comfortable.
