We’ll start by talking through where you are right now – the problems you're facing and what you would like to explore or change in your life.

I’ll explain hypnotherapy, the therapeutic tools I use and how I work. I’ll answer any questions you might have and you can see if we’re a good fit.
03.
We can book in our first session. From there, we move to a plan of regular sessions, reviewing it based on your specific needs. Whatever the aim, the journey is yours.
