About me - and about you

Because truly this work is about you

I'm a registered hypnotherapist (CNHC) with additional psychotherapeutic training, based in Camberley, Surrey. I work with clients both in person and online.

As an integrative hypnotherapist, I combine talking therapy with hypnosis and other psychotherapeutic tools, tailoring the approach to what works best for you. This can help you move past emotional blocks and unhelpful patterns that might be holding you back.

Life's pivotal moments – whether you're starting a family, navigating midlife, changing careers, shifting relationships or processing grief – can feel overwhelming and bring old patterns to the surface. I've seen how hypnotherapy can support people through these times of change.

I hold a Certificate in Hypno-psychotherapy from the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP), where I continue my professional development towards UKCP hypno-psychotherapist registration. I'm a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a member of the National Society for Talking Therapies (NSTT), and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

My story

I’ve always been interested in how the mind works. My psychology degree first showed me this. Perhaps at another time, I might have continued training in that field - but life took a different path - one that has shaped how I work with clients today.

I embarked on what became a rewarding career in sales and marketing, never quite letting go of that psychological thread. I worked with firms in business psychology and talent management, led global teams, been part of start-ups and scale-ups, and established my own marketing consultancy.

Now I’m a qualified hypnotherapist, working towards full UCKP accrediation as a hypno-psychotherapist. I find it genuinely rewarding to sit with clients as they navigate where they are, what they want, and how to get there.

Like everyone, I’ve had my share of life’s joys and sorrows - family, grief, career changes. I know what it is like to face uncertainty, carry anxiety or feel held back by fear. Those moments of transition - whether it’s navigating loss, questioning the stories we tell ourselves, or simply feeling stuck - are often when we need support most.

I have seen how hypnotherapy can help. That’s what brought me here.

Life brings periods of change and transition - and these can stir up thoughts and emotions that you’ve pushed aside, sometimes for years.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck, no longer like yourself, want to tackle old habits or fears, or simply want to explore the past, present and future with fresh eyes.

About us

The relationship between therapist and client matters. It’s through connection that people learn more about themselves.

We’ll build that relationship together.

I’ll draw on tools and approaches, combining them to fit what works for you. I’ll be with you as you explore and move forward - no expert advice or jargon.

Just me, showing up as I am, offering support, understanding, and curiosity.

Feel reassured

While hypnotherapy isn’t usually available on the NHS, the NHS recommends choosing a hypnotherapist registered with an organisation recognised by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). I’m registered with the Complementary and Natural Heathcare Council (CNHC), one of the PSA-recognised bodies for hypnotherapy.

I trained with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP) – the UK’s longest established hypno-psychotherapy training institute – and continue to train with them towards UKCP accreditation. I’m committed to ongoing professional development and undertake regular supervision with UKCP-accredited practitioners. I follow the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

I’m registered with the ICO, so you can be sure that your data and information are protected and handled confidentially.
